This Christmas, please buy a book for a young child born into poverty. At just £5 each, we're aiming to provide 250 new picture books to schools and pre-schools in Tanzania and Kenya... and who doesn't love to receive a new book?!

In learning environments with limited educational resources, we're excited our partners want to give the gift of reading to children in schools and nurseries already supported by our work. Books are such an important resource and as well teaching children to read, they:
